About the role

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us build a world-class user interface. You will work on our core application, building complex features like real-time chat, drag-and-drop kanban boards, and AI agent configuration tools. You care deeply about performance, accessibility, and design details.

What you will do

Architect and build reusable UI components using React, Tailwind, and Framer Motion.
Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.
Mentor junior engineers and establish frontend best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience building complex web applications with React.
Deep expertice in TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js.
Experience with real-time state management (convex experience is a plus).
A portfolio of work that demonstrates attention to detail.
